Spirulina Green Goddess Dressing

We love a delicious salad dressing that doubles as a vegetable dip, especially one as versatile as this. Fresh herbs and bright lemon blend into a smooth dressing with the help of our signature fresh spirulina. (makes about 1.5 cups)


2 scallions, chopped

1/2 cup chopped basil leaves

1/3 cup cilantro, chopped* (see note)

1 tablespoon dill, chopped* (see note)

2 tablespoons, plus 2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt (can add more to taste)

1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan alternative ** (see note)

1/2 cup plain yogurt or vegan alternative *** (see note)

1 tablespoon We Are The New Farmers Spirulina


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor on high from about 30 seconds or until smooth

2. We recommend this dressing be served over your favorite salad or with vegetable crudité

Recipe Notes

*When chopping cilantro and dill: Cut about two inches off the base of each stalk, and chop the rest (leaves, stalks, everything)…we try our best to be zero waste!

**We recommend Sir Kensington’s Mayonnaise or Fabanaise (vegan). Using alternatives will yield a similar result

***For a thicker end product, you can swap plain yogurt for greek or a greek-style vegan alternative
