Call them thrills, teapots or popsicles. Sometimes you just deserve an icy treat, especially when it's a healthy one.
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup nut mylk (we went with vanilla almond)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon fresh Spirulina
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Popsicle containers, shot glasses or whatever container you like
Add a few blueberries to your containers. Blend remaining blueberries with half the nut mylk. Add sweetener if you wish. Fill containers half way.
If you want your sticks to be straight, use this trick: cover each container with tin foil, gentle pierce the foil in the middle and add the skewer. If you don't care, just add the skewer.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
Blend the banana, Spirulina, cinnamon and remaining nut mylk and sweeten to taste. Add the second layer to your ice pops and freeze again.
